About Us

ADER Ltd. Şti. was established in 1993 by Şule Cathrine Erhun and her partners. Born to French and Turkish parents, Şule lived in France, England, Turkey and the U.S. throughout her life. Her fluency in French, English and Turkish, and natural connection to these cultures allows her to relate easily to foreigners' real estate needs in Turkey.

After graduating from French Lycée of London and completing her undergraduate degree in management and marketing in the U.S. Şule Cathrine Erhun worked for ten years in various companies in Europe and Turkey. Based on this experience, she founded ADER through which she brokered Turkish textile exports to major companies in Europe for more than fifteen years.

She was introduced to the concept of home rentals in these years when she bought an apartment in Paris but ended up using it only a few months a year. Rather than keeping her apartment vacant for most of the year, she thought it would be financially prudent to work with a short term rental company through which she rented her apartment to various tenants. She remained very satisfied with the experience as a client.

Having worked internationally for years, Şule Cathrine Erhun noticed the lack of a home rental service in Turkey that could provide visitors with high quality residences, professional service and a genuine taste of the city. An avid traveler herself, she envisions a home rental service that combines the standards we have become accustomed to when traveling in the globalized world with a sense of connection to the locale.
