Terms and Conditions
1. The Terms and Conditions stated on this page are intended as automatically accepted by the Client with the confirmation of the reservation of our services.
2. Lenght of Rentals
Homerenalsturkey is an on-line agency that specializes in short term rental (for touristic use or business travels) up 30 days and above
3. Rates, Services and Payment
The rates publicized on the website are the ones indicated on every apartment’s description page, based on the duration of the stay The price corresponds to the rent, not the number of people. Except if otherwise agreed, the minimum stay is 7 days. The rental costs are inclusive of electricity ,and heating costs and a weekly cleaning and linen change.
An initial down payment of 30%. via credit card or bank transfer is required to confirm the booking . Only after having paid the deposit will the reservation of the service be considered confirmed. The remaining amount will be due BEFORE ARRIVAL.
4. Reservation of services
With the reservation of an apartment, the Client automatically accepts the Terms and Conditions stated on our policy, especially those related to cancellations, and declares to have read and understood the apartment’s description and its features, finding it all to his liking. An apartment can be considered booked only after having received our confirmation e-mail.
5. Extra Services
All extra services requested by the client require a down payment.
6. Arrivals and Departures - Check-in / Check-out -
The Check-in and check-out procedures are included in the apartment rates.
The following rates will be applied based on day and time:
- Free Check-in from Mon - Fri between 13:00 - 20:00 (1.00 pm and 8.00 pm), except otherwise stated;
- Free Check-out from Mon - Fri from 09:00 am- 11:00 am, except otherwise stated;
- Check-in / out every day, including Sat and holidays from 07:00 am - 09:00 am and from 20:00 - 23:00 (8.00 pm – 11.00 pm) € 30.00 extra;
- Check-in/out every day, including Sat and holidays from 23:00 - 07:00 (11-00 pm to 7.00 am) € 50,00 extra.
7. Boking and duration and Termination of contract
In any cases, this Agreement shall be considered as automatically terminated on determined check out date unless the Parties agree to renew the agreement for another additional period of time with the new lease conditions to be mutually agreed by the Parties.
The present Agreement may be terminated by the HRT in the event of default by Renter of any of its obligations herein this Agreement.
In the event of termination, Renter shall immediately leave the Rental Property. Should the Lessee refuse to comply with this obligation, the Renter shall be liable to pay (occupied apartment daily rental rate )Euro per day as from the termination date. Renter irrevocably agrees that any claim, legal proceedings or notification may not suspend or cancel the present obligation.
8. Client cancellation or variation of booking
- In case of cancellation of booking within more than 14 (fourteen) days advance notice shall be refunded. However, 100 Euro will be charged as administration fee.
- In case of cancellation of booking between 7 (seven) and 14 (fourteen) days: 50% refund if the apartment is re-let. Alternatively no refund.
- In case of cancellation of booking less than 7 (seven) days or NO SHOW, Renter is not allowed to any refund.
For this reason, the Client is advised to subscribe to some form of travel insurance to cover any possible loss.
9. Apartment Replacement
For any third party reasons (including Force Majeure, storm, fire, technical problems with electricity/water), the Rental Property could not be delivered in time, HRT shall contact Renter to find an arrangement/an alternative accommodation.
Home rentals Turkey reserves the right, at any moment, to modify the reservation with the replacement of another apartment of equal or higher value due to unpredictable events (urgent reparations in the apartment, damages..). In case of cancellation of contract on behalf of homerentalsturkey, the Client will only be entitled to the reimbursement of the down payment. No further indemnity will be given for any reason.
10. Safety Deposit
The client must pay a safety deposit to cover the cost of any possible damage to the apartment or its equipment. The security deposit must be paid along with the rental balance prior to check-in based on the amount stated on the Confirmation Letter. It will be returned upon check-out, with exception to what’s stated on point 10. Naturally the HOMERENTALSTURKEY will have the right to withhold the security deposit if any damage has been caused, plus will be reimbursed if the amount necessary to cover the damage is greater than the deposit paid.
11.Client obligations
The client will be welcomed in the apartment either by HRT personel or by a representative and will have to present the entrance Voucher plus a valid ID card or passport (he will also have to have a valid document of every other occupant as well). The client will sign The HRT contract .
Parties will have established the inventory List of Furniture existing in the Rental Property as of the date of the present Agreement (herein Annex 2).
Upon termination of this agreement, HRT will prepare a check-out inventory to be duly signed between Parties at the date of termination of this Agreement.
The client will be shown the flat and the functioning of the outfits.
Once Client is given the keys, he/she becomes the caretaker of the flat and its outfits, and must give it the maximum care without causing any damages.
The Client is expected to respect the surrounding neighbourhood and to comply with the number of accompanying claimed persons occupying the flat.
The Client is also oblige to leave the apartment clean and in order, with special attention to the following: leave all dishes, utensils and pots clean and where they were found; throw out trash in the relative bins located outside the apartment building; no to dirty walls, drapery or sofas.
12. Responsibilities
All the properties presented on the website have been checked and photographed by HRT. The description of the apartments correspond to the time of our officers visit. If Tenant should notice any irregularity from the description of the immovable or should there be any problem, before taking possession of the apartment, he/she shall immediately contact HRT (customer service tel: 212 241 17 58 Opening time: 9:00AM - 6:00PM) claiming in writing all the complaints within 24hs of arrival via fax (212 241 17 59) or via e-mail (info@homerentalsturkey.com). We will try to do our best to sort out the problem and to assure you a good stay.
HOME RENTALS TURKEY is a company based in Turkey that facilitates the process of
allowing accommodations for its adherents / clients, by offering short term accommodation
with privileged services and does not own any of the flats in the catalogue or in the website;
for this reason HRT cannot be considered liable for the diversities found inside the rented
apartments and revealed by the Tenant who has no right to demand any penalty or reimbursement.
The properties selected by HRT are made up of private apartments thus they cannot be classified.
